Warranty Claim

Important!

In order for your claim to be processed, Factory must have:

  1. Photo of the BIKE
  2. Photo of the VIN
  3. Photo of the PURCHASE RECEIPT

NOTE: Please submit a video for any Engine related issue.

Kindly wait as we process your warranty submission.

Factory will only consider complete engine if the engines middle casings require to be split.
(Tax Receipt must prove it was assembled professionally not sold in the crate or the warranty is void)
