WHAT OIL WILL I NEED?

For your Thumpstar motorcycle, you will typically need 4-stroke semi-synthetic oil 10W-40.

HOW DO I START A NEW THUMPSTAR?

To start a new Thumpstar motorcycle, follow these steps:

Check the choke position: Ensure the choke is in the "ON" position by pulling it up. The "OFF" position is when the choke is pushed down.
Gearbox in neutral and clutch disengaged: Make sure the gearbox is in neutral, which means the gear lever should be in the middle position. Also, ensure the clutch lever is not engaged (pulled in).
Fuel turned on: Confirm that the fuel switch is turned on.
Kick over gently: With all the necessary checks in place, gently kick the starter lever to start the engine. Avoid using excessive force on the kickstart lever.
